Who is responsible
The controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website and the Zulema Records Promo List is Juan José Ros Caño.
For privacy enquiries or to exercise your rights, write to info@zulemarecords.com.
Data we collect
When you request promo access, we collect the information you enter in the form: your name or alias, email address, professional profile, media outlet, project or channel, and any optional website or public-profile URL you provide.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your request, verify that the Promo List is relevant to your activity, contact you about the outcome and, if approved, send private streams, advance downloads and release information from Zulema Records and its related projects.
Applications are reviewed manually. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing or profiling.
Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent, given by selecting the consent box before submitting the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to info@zulemarecords.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it was requested.
How long we keep it
Pending or unsuccessful applications are kept only for the time needed to review and administer the request and, in any event, for no longer than twelve months. If access is approved, the information is kept while you remain on the Promo List and is removed when you withdraw consent or when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, subject to any limited retention required by law or to handle legal claims.
Service providers
The form is processed and stored using Formspree, which acts as a service provider on our behalf. Formspree states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant international transfers. You can read its privacy policy and security information.
We do not sell your personal data. Data may otherwise be disclosed only where required by law or where necessary to protect legal rights.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing where applicable. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
Send your request to info@zulemarecords.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Changes
We may update this policy if the form, providers or processing activities change. The current version and its update date will always be published on this page.
